Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.


We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on wigs, hair extensions, or hair products once they have been shipped.


Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

 

  • The customer received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

 


To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

 

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos and/or videos must be provided as proof

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

 


We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet the above requirements.


Chargebacks & Disputes:

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any concerns before filing a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
